For any PPE (personal protective equipment)/COVID Safety Related Items: 50% (or 100%) deposit will be required to process order.  Pre-payment forms will be provided separately. Please note that due to extremely high demand for these items, all PPE sales are final, rebate-exempt where applicable, and cancellations will not be accepted. Final payment terms are 10 days - Remaining invoice balance will be due within 10 days of issued invoice.

Please note that this quote is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. The vendor may ship over/under 5-10% of the requested quantities and this revised total will be reflected on the final invoice upon delivery. Please also note that we take full responsibility for our errors, and should an error/problem occur, please call us immediately. A spec or production sample can be made for approval at an additional cost provided time permits. Otherwise, a paper proof will be used. Transit claims must be placed within 5 days of scheduled shipment. Applicable taxes, ship costs, duty + brokerage (if applicable) are not included in this quote but will be added to the invoice. Any additional requests, after work has begun, will be added to the invoice. Shipping method will be based upon date required. Camera-ready or digital artwork must be supplied or readily available. Additional charges may be required to modify supplied artwork to suit application or to create new artwork. A preparation date will be reviewed when you place your order.
